Q. I have lost something in one of your taxis, how do I reclaim my property?

Q. Can I pay by card?
A. You can pay for your journey in advance by card over the phone, or if you prefer to pay in the car please download and register you card on our app and use that to hail your taxi. The fare will be deducted from your card at the end of your journey.

Q. Can you send me an invoice?
A. Yes. Sign up on our website for an account and you will receive an invoice.


Q. How will the driver meet me at the airport?
A. Our driver will contact you on the mobile number you provide at the time of your booking. You can coordinate with him or her to meet at the pickup and drop off point at no extra charge, or you can request the driver to meet you at arrivals for an extra £8.00.

Q. I have a complaint, how do I contact management?

Q. I live in an area outside of Letchworth, Fairfield park, Baldock and Hitchin. Can you provide taxi services to me?
A. We provide outbound and return journeys to airports for all of the places listed on our airport prices page. If you require local taxi services from a village outside Hitchin, Letchworth, Fairfield park or Baldock, a callout charge will apply for any journeys that are not travelling to these towns. The charge is dependent on the location of the pickup.
